You may have seen our big red BBQ around town at Fresno State tailgates, corporate parties, fundraisers and other events. Our minimum party size is 40. We can customize our menus to meet the needs of your guests--just ask. For your convenience, your price includes, top-quality disposable plates, flatware, and napkins.

 

When you know that your catering is handled by experienced professionals, you can relax and focus on other details. We serve our meals buffet style. We can work with you on the number of serving lines to get your guests fed in no time at all. The best thing about a buffet is that your guests get to choose exactly what they want on their plate. We want them happy!

 

Out of the Fresno area? We are still happy to come to you. When you call we will discuss our reasonable travel fee. Our serving time for events is one hour. If you would like to add additional serving time, it is $100 an hour. We appreciate lights at night and we prefer shade during the day. A non-refundable deposit will hold your date. Questions?
